The MCOA releases cases every Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. while the MSC releases cases every Thursday at 1:30 p.m. Keep in mind that not all of those released cases are criminal. Even the criminal cases that are released are not always of interest to law enforcement (they may involve sentencing issues, jury instructions, etc.). When I see a case that I think adds value for the law enforcement officer, I will summarize it and place it on the site.
The federal 5th circuit releases cases every day. Again, when I see something of value I will summarize and place it in the federal updates.
